The Crest Lancers's game on Thursday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against Uniontown by a score of 47-35. That's another feather in the cap for Crest, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
It was another big night for Ryan Golden, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Golden has scored at least 25% of Crest's points. Rogan Weir was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with five rebounds.
The win got Crest back to even at 2-2. As for Uniontown, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Crest will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Madison at 6:00 p.m. on December 19th. Uniontown is on the road again on Friday and play against Erie at 7:30 p.m. on December 15th.
