The Woodgrove Wolverines''s game last Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They took their match at home with ease, bagging a 44-14 victory over Broad Run. The result was nothing new for Woodgrove, who have now won three matchups by 28 points or more so far this season.
Loss or not, Broad Run got some senior leadership from Aslin Shipe who rushed for 114 yards and Gavin Sidhu who rushed for 81 yards on only nine carries. Shipe is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last four games he's played.
Woodgrove's win was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 3-5. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 37 points. As for Broad Run, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5.
