Northeast Guilford's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Dennis Fountain led the charge by scoring 16 points along with nine rebounds. The game was Fountain's third in a row with at least ten points. Levi Webb was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
