Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Sullivan walked away with it. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  37-35  win over the Maroa-Forsyth Trojans  on Thursday. The  victory was familiar territory for the Redskins, who have now won 15  games in a row.
 Sullivan's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Shae Ellis, who  posted nine points along with seven  boards and three  steals. That's the most  rebounds  Ellis has posted since back in November of 2024.  Addison Minor was another key player,  almost  dropping  a double-double with nine  points and 12  boards.
Sullivan's victory was  their tenth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 29-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.5 points. As for Maroa-Forsyth, their defeat dropped their record down to 23-6.
As of now, neither Sullivan nor Maroa-Forsyth have any future games scheduled.
