Chiefland will bounce into Thursday's matchup after beating Oak Hall, who they had gone 0-5 against in their five prior meetings. Chiefland took down Oak Hall 45-27 on Tuesday.

Chiefland found their leader in sophomore Nyasia Bivins, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 11 boards. The game was Bivins' fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Laila Ingram, who posted 11 points and four steals.
Meanwhile, Saint Francis Catholic had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They enjoyed a cozy 39-24 victory over Cedar Key on Tuesday. The Wolves' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Chiefland better keep an eye on Allie Dey. She was instrumental in Saint Francis Catholic's win, dropping a double-double on 19 points and 11 boards. Dey has been hot, having posted nine or more rebounds the last five times she's played. Faith Fariborzian was another key player, putting up ten points and eight steals.
