Baseball Recap: Kensington's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak at Home

Kensington proved they can win big two weeks ago (they won by ten) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Philadelphia Performing Arts Knight 5-4. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the KENSINGTON TIGER also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2017.

Kensington's victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-3. As for Philadelphia Performing Arts, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-1.

Kensington wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 5-4 win against String Theory on the 9th. As for Philadelphia Performing Arts, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Swenson Arts & Tech at 2:45 p.m. on Thursday. The Lion have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed ten runs per game on average), something the Knight will no doubt try to take advantage of.
