This season hasn't been kind to The Tenoroc Titans, who are still winless after their ninth contest. They had to suffer through a rough 56-0 loss at the hands of Fort Meade. Tenoroc has struggled against Fort Meade recently, as their game on Friday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Fort Meade was led to victory by Carson Montsdeoca and Keveun Mason. Montsdeoca threw for 165 yards and four touchdowns while completing 100% of his passes, while Mason rushed for 115 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries. Mason is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last seven games he's played.
Fort Meade's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB four times. Leading the way was Ashton White and his two sacks.
Tenoroc's loss was their sixth straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 0-9. As for Fort Meade, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tenoroc will have plenty of time to ponder what went wrong as they've got a bye scheduled next week. After, they'll take on Trenton at 7:30 p.m. on November 3rd. As for Fort Meade, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Frostproof at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Frostproof will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 274th, while Fort Meade is ranked 121st).
