The Shishmaref Northern Lights scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They breezed by White Mountain on the road to the tune of 89-57. The victory was nothing new for Shishmaref as they're now sitting on six straight.
Shishmaref found their leader in underclassman Ivan Davis-Nayokpuk, who scored 24 points. Colton Hadley was another key contributor, scoring 17 points.
Shishmaref's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for White Mountain, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.
Shishmaref won't have much time to rest: their next match is against the Malamutes at 4:30 p.m. on February 2nd. White Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
