After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Southwestern, Clay County was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Harlan County Black Bears with a sharp 17-5 victory. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by six runs or more this season.

Clay County's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Harlan County, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-7-1.

Coming up, Clay County will take on North Laurel at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Harlan County, they will face off against Bell County on Monday.
