Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lassen). They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Dunsmuir Tigers 76-25. That's more bragging rights for the Grizzlies, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lassen to victory, but perhaps none more so than Joey Harrison, who posted 11 points and seven rebounds. Peace Folorunso was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Lassen smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 13 offensive boards in five consecutive matchups.

Despite the loss, Dunsmuir still got an impressive performance from Michael Kellar, who put up 13 points. That was a full 52% of Dunsmuir's points, marking the fifth time in a row he's had more than a third of the team's points.

Lassen moved to 2-7 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak. As for Dunsmuir, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Lassen didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 58-47 defeat against Modoc on the 16th. As for Dunsmuir, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, an 82-9 loss against Hayfork on the 17th.
