On Friday, University got the W thanks in part to Anyah Turley playing the best basketball she has all season. Turley posted 15 points and five steals. The performance marked the most steals she has had since back in January of 2024.
Turley and University will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Decatur Central at 6:00 p.m. on January 28th. Turley will face off against Aleeyah Mcelrath, the Hawks' star point guard. With so much talent on the court, fans are surely in for an exciting game.
