While Bossier's victory against Plain Dealing wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bossier Bearkats sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 9-7 win over the Plain Dealing Lions on Thursday. The victory was nothing new for the Bearkats as they're now sitting on three straight.

Bossier's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Plain Dealing, their loss was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4.

Bossier will have a chance to go back-to-back against Plain Dealing: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
