Clarion-Limestone put the finishing touches on their 6th blowout victory of the season on Friday. They put the hurt on Curwensville with a sharp 46-14 victory. The rankings were on Clarion-Limestone's side, but they didn't forecast quite such a lopsided result.
The win makes it two in a row for Clarion-Limestone and bumps their record up to 7-3. Curwensville's defeat pushes them down to 6-3.
After their clash against one another, the teams are taking a break from conference action in their upcoming games. Clarion-Limestone will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Clarion Area. Clarion Area stagger in eager to bring about an end to their four-game losing streak. As for Curwensville, they will go up against Brockway. Brockway are cruising in on a four-game winning streak.
