Larry Nichols Delivers Best Performance of Season
Bowie was led to victory by Larry Nichols, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Nichols rushed for 95 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also threw for 200 yards and a touchdown while completing 73.7% of his passes.
The win was the third in a row for Bowie, bringing their record for this year to 3-3. Nichols and Bowie will welcome Arlington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Kelton Barney Crosses Big Stat Threshold

Darrion Bowers Dazzles in Bowie Win
Darrion Bowers posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 179 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he posted at least 127 rushing yards in the fifth games prior.
Bowers might have his next game, a home matchup with Arlington, circled on his calendar. Bowers rushed for 106 yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Colts duked it out back in October of 2023.
