The Lost River Raiders entered their tilt with the Tulelake Honkers with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Lost River took their game at home on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 66-31 victory over Tulelake. Fans of Lost River have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season ended as a blowout.
Daniel Garcia and Anthony Loza certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Garcia scored 13 points, while Loza scored 11 points. Loza scored a full 35.5% of Tulelake's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Lost River's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-0. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.0 points per game. As for Tulelake, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Lost River will square off against Butte Valley at TBD on Thursday. Tulelake will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Trinity at 6:30 p.m. on December 7th. Hopefully Trinity focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 28 on Tuesday.
