Nyack had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They never let the Edgemont Panthers get on the board and left with  a   3-0  victory  on Friday. As for Edgemont, they will have a little extra prep time after the  loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Yonkers at 4:30  p.m.  on  the 9th.
