The Prattville Lions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their 11th straight loss. They took a 90-82 hit to the loss column at the hands of Percy Julian. While losing is never fun, Prattville can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 277th, while Percy Julian is ranked 116th).
Despite the loss, Prattville still got an impressive performance from Ty Bryant, who scored 36 points along with five steals. Bryant continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaiah Bradley, who scored 19 points.
Prattville's defeat was their 16th straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 3-21. As for Percy Julian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-12 record this season.
Prattville's road trip will continue as they head out to face Dothan at 7:30 p.m. on January 23rd. As for Percy Julian, they will take on Blount at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
