After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Round Valley, St. Johns was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They put the hurt on the Greyhills Academy Knights with a sharp 19-2 win. The Redskins might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 contests by six runs or more this season.

St. Johns is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.4 runs over those games. As for Greyhills Academy, they are on a 22-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, St. Johns will be playing at home against Morenci at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Redskins are on a six-game streak of home wins, the Wildcats a three-game streak of away wins, meaning someone's leaving a streak behind. Greyhills Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
