Silver Posts Huge Game in 55-16 Win
Starting off the list is River Forest's Ayden Silver, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Silver threw for 217 yards and four touchdowns while completing 90% of his passes, and also rushed for 89 yards and a touchdown on only six carries. His passing game has become a key predictor of River Forest's success: the team is 3-1 when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 2-3 otherwise.
River Forest's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-4. Silver's next match is against Knox on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.
