After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lakewood Ranch, Bayshore was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the Booker Tornadoes 27-17. The Bruins haven't had any issues with the Tornadoes recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Bayshore picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 3-4. As for Booker, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bayshore will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Gibbs at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th. As for Booker, they will be playing at home against Sarasota Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sarasota Christian will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.
