In what's become a running theme this season, Westfield gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 63-33 win over Sherman at home. 63 seems to be a good number for Westfield as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.
Panama's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points per game. As for Westfield, their victory bumped their record up to 11-1.
Panama came up short against Westfield in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 57-48. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Westfield's Carson Swanson, who scored 21 points along with eight assists and seven steals.
