There's no place like home for Brighton, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Covington Chargers on Tuesday. With that victory, Brighton brought their scoring average up to 3 goals per game.

The win snapped Brighton's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-5-1 record. As for Covington, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Brighton has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Ripley on the 10th. As for Covington, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, an 8-2 loss against Munford on the 14th.
