The Tree of Life Christian Trojans were the 56-26 winner over the Shekinah Christian Flames when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The matchup between Tree of Life Christian and the Flames wasn't particularly close, with the Trojans falling 52-37.
Tree of Life Christian lost on Saturday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Ronald Amoah, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and two steals. Amoah is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last 12 games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Parker Haman, who scored 11 points.
Tree of Life Christian's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Shekinah Christian, the win (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 15-3.
Tree of Life Christian will head out on the road to square off against the Lions at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shekinah Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Liberty Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 last Tuesday.
