While Annapolis's victory against Bowie wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Panthers won by a run and slipped past the Bulldogs 8-7. The win was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Graham Brown was excellent, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base and two RBI. Those two RBI gave him a new career-high. John Claxton was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Annapolis' record now sits at 4-2. As for Bowie, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.

Annapolis didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 13-2 loss against Leonardtown on the 31st. As for Bowie, they have also already played their next game, a 4-1 defeat against South River on the 31st.
