On Friday, Bear Creek is packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Tokay at 5:00 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Last Friday, Bear Creek couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They were given a punishing 0-52 loss at the hands of Roseville.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Tokay lost to Patterson last week, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 6-51.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better score. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous game, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
