The Cloverdale Eagles won the last time they faced the Willits Wolverines, and things went their way on Friday too. Cloverdale blew past Willits 71-43 on the road.
It was another big night for Jordan Patton, who scored 27 points. The game was his fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyle Garibaldi, who scored 16 points.
Cloverdale's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-8. As for Willits, they bumped their record down to 6-9 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cloverdale will take on St. Helena at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Helena has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 264 points over their last four games. As for Willits, they will be playing at home against Clear Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Clear Lake focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Friday.
