It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Seminole Seminoles had no problem doing just that on Friday. They breezed by Hagerty at home to the tune of 42-3. Considering Seminole has won five contests by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Karson Siqueiros-Lasky looked great while leading his team to the win, throwing for 228 yards and four touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes. Justin Rosado was another key contributor, picking up 40 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
The win (which was Seminole's fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 42.0 points per game. As for Hagerty, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-5.
Seminole will look to defend their home field on Friday against Apopka at 7:00 p.m. Apopka is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games. Hagerty does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
