Vidalia came tearing into Thursday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Ferriday Trojans 17-2. The result was nothing new for the Vikings, who have now won four matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

Vidalia's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Ferriday, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
