The Brighton Bengals will face off against the Jordan Beetdiggers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Jordan's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them on Tuesday: Brighton hadn't allowed a single run the last four times they've hit the field. The Bengals never let West get on the board and left with a 14-0 victory on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Bengals in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won seven in a row.

Miles Layton tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. Those 12 strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on JC Garza, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and five RBI. Another player making a difference was Easton Fry, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, two RBI, and one double.
Brighton was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .391. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .391 or higher in four consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Jordan got the win against Olympus on Friday by a conclusive 12-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Beetdiggers have posted against the Titans since May 25, 2018.
KADE CARTER spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on seven hits and racked up ten Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Jordan got a massive performance out of CJ SUMNER, who went 4-for-5 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run. JOSEPH PEAK was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two RBI, one run, and one double.
Jordan is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Brighton, their victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-2.
Tuesday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Brighton hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .360. However, it's not like Jordan struggles in that department as they've averaged .354. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Everything went Brighton's way against Jordan when the teams last played back in May of 2024, as Brighton made off with an 11-0 win. Do the Bengals have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Beetdiggers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
