Lima Senior (Lima, Ohio) saw its 21-point lead shrink to seven, but hung on to upset
Piqua (Ohio) 49-42 on Saturday.

Ruben Flowers with 7:00 left in the third quarter.
LS grew its lead to six points entering the fourth quarter. The Lima school scored two times in the third, including once on a touchdown pass by Graham to Flowers.
The victory was a completely different match up compared to last season's game between these two teams, which Piqua took, 29-7.
The victory was a step in the right direction for the Spartans, who were coming off a 59-42 defeat at the hands of Mansfield Senior in its previous game. The victory snapped Lima Senior's two-game losing streak.
