Sylvan-Lucas is 2-8 against Osborne since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Sylvan-Lucas Mustangs are on the road again and plays the Osborne Bulldogs on February 13th. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Sylvan-Lucas was able to grind out a solid victory over Linn, taking the game 61-49.
In what's become a running theme this season, Osborne gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. They put the hurt on Moscow with a sharp 61-35 win.
Sylvan-Lucas pushed their record up to 14-3 with that win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.0 points per game. As for Osborne, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.
Sylvan-Lucas came up short against Osborne in their previous meeting back in January, falling 54-46. Can Sylvan-Lucas avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
