Reno has gone a perfect 5-0 against North Valleys recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Huskies will look to defend their home field against the Panthers at 7:00 p.m.
Reno fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Carson on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Senators by a score of 30-27. Despite 68 more yards than the Senators, the Huskies couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Loss or not, Reno got some senior leadership from Braylon Wilson and Chase Langbehn. Wilson threw for 305 yards and two touchdowns, while Langbehn picked up 176 receiving yards and a pair of scores. A healthy portion of Wilson's aerial production (121 yards to be exact) also went to Dylan McCann.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Valleys). They blew past Hug, posting a 50-6 win. The Panthers have beaten the Hawks the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Hawks has come to flipping the script.
Reno better keep an eye on Hayden Lewis. He was instrumental in North Valleys' win, rushing for 157 yards and two TDs on only 15 carries. That's the most rushing yards Lewis has posted since back in September of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Gonzalez, who rushed for 66 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only six carries.
Reno's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for North Valleys, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-7.
Thursday's game might be decided in the trenches. Reno has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 206.6 rushing yards per game. It's a different story for North Valleys, though, as they've been averaging only 64.8 rushing yards. How will they fare against such a dominant running game?
Everything came up roses for Reno against North Valleys when the teams last played back in September of 2023, as the squad secured a 40-0 win. Will the Huskies repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
