The North Creek Jaguars's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight loss. They fell just short of Issaquah by a score of 49-46. North Creek has not had much luck with Issaquah recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Several Jaguars players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Peyton Bareither, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds and three blocks. Another player making a difference was Mikah Hammerquist, who scored 16 points.
North Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Issaquah, they now have a winning record of 8-7.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Creek will challenge Jackson at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Issaquah, they will head out on the road to face off against Inglemoor at 6:50 p.m. on Friday.
