Jacksboro's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lando Belcher, who threw for 397 yards and four touchdowns. Belcher was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 52 yards. Kaleem Howard was in the mix too, providing Jacksboro with two touchdowns.
The victory for Gunter keeps them at an undefeated 14-0. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 42.7 points. As for Jacksboro, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-1.
