Meanwhile, Harlandale strolled past Southside with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 78-64. The win made it back-to-back wins for Harlandale.
Harlandale's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jonathan Regalado, who scored 20 points along with five assists. Regalado has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last four times he's played. Roger Dominguez was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with eight rebounds.
South San Antonio's loss dropped their record down to 15-10. As for Harlandale, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-12 record this season.
