There's no place like home for V.R. Eaton, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They were the clear victor by an 11-1 margin over the Byron Nelson Bobcat on Tuesday. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Bobcat recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

V.R. Eaton's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-8. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 10.7 runs. As for Byron Nelson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-9-1.

Looking ahead, V.R. Eaton will venture away from home to face off against Trinity at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Trinity will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something V.R. Eaton surely won't give up without a fight. As for Byron Nelson, they will be playing at home against Northwest at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Northwest has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.92 runs per game on average), something Byron Nelson will no doubt try to take advantage of.
