South Platte typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Brady proved too difficult a challenge. They enjoyed a cozy 53-39 win over the South Platte Blue Knights. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won three matches in a row.

Brady's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Taryn Stearns, who went 5-for-8 on her way to 11 points and seven rebounds. Ella Lydic was another key player, going 5-for-12 en route to 15 points.

Brady smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in seven consecutive games.

Defeat or not, South Platte got some senior leadership from Isabelle Reichman and Zaerihya Doncheske. Reichman went 7-for-16 to rack up 21 points and four steals, while Doncheske posted seven points and five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Reichman has scored all season.

Brady's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-7. As for South Platte, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 18-7.

As of now, neither Brady nor South Platte have any future games scheduled.
