Riverstone International's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Amer Sangha, who scored 11 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Thomas Wu, who scored 14 points along with two steals.
Wilder's loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Riverstone International, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.
Wilder won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against the Jaguars at 6:00 p.m. on January 31st. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Idaho (Gem State Adventist Academy is ranked 132nd, while the Wildcats are ranked 154th). As for Riverstone International, they will head out on the road to take on the Vipers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
