Baseball Game Preview: Rossview Hawks vs. Northeast Eagles

For the second straight game, Rossview will face off against Northeast. It'll be a Battle of the Birds when Rossview Hawks take on Northeast Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rossview will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.

Rossview proved they can win big on Saturday (they won by 13) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Northeast 6-5.

For Northeast's part, Jamarion Green was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most RBI Green has posted over his last 14 matches. Another player making a difference was Jacob Donohue, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one RBI.

Rossview's victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1. As for Northeast, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.
