Mississippi School for the Deaf lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Christian Carrawell, who scored eight points. Damarion English was another key contributor, scoring five points.
Stringer's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-13. As for Mississippi School for the Deaf, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Taylorsville the next time they take the court. Mississippi School for the Deaf will head out to face Taylorsville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Stringer will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
