Seaforth lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Bartlett Yancey, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's game. Seaforth never let Bartlett Yancey get on the board and left with a 17-0 win on Tuesday. Emma Grace Hill made a splash while hitting and pitching. She struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). What's more, she gave up only zero walks, the fewest she's had since back in March of 2024. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
In other batting news, Blair Hill was a standout: she scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances. Cami Brinkley was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-3.
Seaforth kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bartlett Yancey only managed one hit.
