The Little River Redskins stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 75-14 victory over Solomon. The victory was just business as usual for Little River, who after 12 games remain undefeated this season.
Leading Little River to victory were Arika Feldman and Alaina Eck. Feldman scored 12 points along with six steals, while Eck scored 14 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Eck is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least three every time she's taken the court this season. Saeyln Raleigh was another key contributor, scoring five points along with six assists and five steals.
Little River's win was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-0. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points per game. As for Solomon, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.
Little River will be playing in front of their home fans against the Cougars at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Centre will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Kansas Rankings (they are ranked 357th, while the Redskins are ranked 21st). As for Solomon, they will head out on the road to face off against the Heat at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Rural Vista [Hope/White City] focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 20 last Tuesday.
