Stoughton came out on top against Sauk Prairie on Friday thanks in part to Madelyn Barsness's efforts. Barsness was unstoppable, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
