Meanwhile,  there's no place like home for Brush, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Thursday. They blew past Wray 3-0 on Saturday.
 While Brush won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the  third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-14,  25-22.
 Valley's win bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Brush, their victory bumped their record up to 8-12.
 Valley took their  win against Brush  when the teams last played  back in October of 2024 by a conclusive  3-0 score. Will the Vikings repeat their success,  or do  the Beetdiggers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
