Middletown moved up to 161 from 189 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Section 9 AA-I.
Monroe-Woodbury added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Christian Brothers Academy, 38-25. This was the team's 11th consecutive win.
Monroe-Woodbury's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Kevin Carr threw for 177 and 1 touchdown and Jesse Kaffenberger had 120 yards receiving. On the ground Carr chipped in 143 yards. Ricky Giraldo helped Monroe-Woodbury's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 44 yards.

Kingston's Pat Dorrian and Shawn Marchant have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-2 quarterback Dorrian has thrown for 2,012 yards this season, while Marchant has 63 catches for 1,045 yards. Pine Bush's Mike Martin leads the league in rushing yards with 1,515.
The Middie Bears made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 6,069 from 6,569.
