On Fortuna's side,  Isabel Sanchez made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out ten over four innings pitched. Sanchez has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  tossed less than seven  strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances with two  runs.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Mariah Bravo, who  went 3-for-4 with one  home run, three  runs,  and four  RBI. That's the most  runs  she has posted since back in April.  Hailee Thompson was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with four  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI.
 Eureka does not have any more games scheduled as of now. After both having extra time off, Fortuna and South Fork will shake off the rust and duke it out  at 7:00  p.m.  on  the 22nd.
