The Starkville Academy Volunteers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat East Webster 63-35 on the road. The victory was familiar territory for Starkville Academy who now have four in a row.
Starkville Academy found their leader in underclassman Raylee Jones, who scored nine points along with nine rebounds.
Starkville Academy has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. As for East Webster, their loss dropped their record down to 11-5.
Starkville Academy will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against East Webster at 7:00 p.m. on December 29th. East Webster will finish 2023 at home by hosting Starkville Academy at 7:00 p.m.
