Cathedral extended their postseason success on Saturday against Purdue Polytechnic. They really took it to the Purdue Polytechnic Techies for the full four quarters, racking up a 64-34 win. The Fighting Irish have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 20 points or more this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Cathedral, bringing their record for this year to 17-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.3 points over those games. As for Purdue Polytechnic, they dropped their record down to 15-9 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.
Cathedral wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 38-23 win against Northview on the 15th. Purdue Polytechnic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
