South Lyon East posted their biggest win since January 9th on Friday. Everything went their way against the Franklin Patriots as the South Lyon East Cougars made off with a 62-40 victory. This was payback for the Cougars, who suffered a 75-40 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Franklin lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jeffery Little, who posted six points and eight rebounds. Another player making a difference was Dominic Goines, who had ten points and five rebounds.

The win got South Lyon East back to even at 1-1. As for Franklin, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

South Lyon East will head out on the road to square off against Milford at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Franklin, they will welcome Gabriel Richard at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
