Albertville entered their tilt with Etowah on Friday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They breezed by the Etowah Blue Devils to the tune of 62-29. The Aggies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 20 points or more this season.

Albertville has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.6 points per game. As for Etowah, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Albertville will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Calhoun City at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Etowah, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Ashville at 7:30 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
